Eric Partaker advised Fortune 50 CEOs at McKinsey and Company, then helped build Skype's multi-billion dollar success story before becoming a CEO coach. He was named UK CEO of the Year at the 2019 Business Excellence Awards, one of the Top 30 Entrepreneurs in the UK by Startups Magazine, and among Britain's Most Disruptive Entrepreneurs by The Telegraph.

Eric is certified as a coach by the High Performance Institute and completed a coaching apprenticeship with Professor BJ Fogg at Stanford's Behavior Design Lab. His book 'The 3 Alarms' uses three daily phone alarms to help people transform their health, wealth, and relationships. His work has been featured in The Economist and The Wall Street Journal.

He has shared stages with Bear Grylls, Lord Alan Sugar, and Jesse Itzler. He speaks on peak performance, leadership, and the daily habits that separate good CEOs from great ones.
