Jessica Sansom

Jessica Sansom serves as Chief Impact Officer at EIT Food. Previously, she was Head of Sustainability at Innocent Drinks, where she developed sustainable supply chains and motivated employees on environmental practices.

At McDonalds, she served as Environment Manager and Sustainable Supply Manager, introducing sustainable supply chain programs. Jessica holds a Masters in Environmental Law and began her career researching climate change impacts on Australian agriculture.

She has also worked with the Australian Government on greenhouse policy and as a consultant at the Institute for Sustainable Futures. Jessica speaks on corporate sustainability and building ethical supply chains.
