Marcus Sheridan is a keynote speaker and author best known for the book They Ask, You Answer, which grew out of how he saved his swimming pool company during the 2008 downturn by answering customers' real questions through content. He turned that approach into a methodology that B2B and B2C companies use to build buyer trust through transparent, education-first marketing and video. Sheridan delivers dozens of keynotes a year on sales, marketing, and communication, and his work has been recognized by Forbes and Mashable.
He is a repeat speaker at Content Marketing World, where he keynoted in the event's earliest years and returned for the Big Ideas track, and at the ANA Masters of B2B Marketing, where he presented with Tyler Lessard on using video to drive sales. His later book Endless Customers extends the trust-building framework for the AI era.
