Tristram Stuart is a leading advocate for reducing global food waste. His 2009 book 'Waste: Uncovering the Global Food Scandal' exposed the scale of edible food discarded worldwide.
Stuart founded the social enterprise Feedback, which campaigns for policy changes and works with businesses to cut food waste. He has advised the United Nations, European Commission, and global corporations on sustainability strategies.
