Pierre Thiam is a celebrated chef, author, and entrepreneur who has dedicated his career to sharing the rich culinary traditions of West Africa with the world. As the co-founder of Yolélé Foods, he is on a mission to introduce fonio, an ancient West African grain, to global markets.
