Robert Lustig, MD, is a pioneer in the field of metabolic health. As a Professor Emeritus of Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco, he has spent over 40 years studying the underlying causes of obesity and chronic disease. Lustig's research has been featured in two bestselling books, 'Fat Chance' and 'The Hacking of the American Mind.
' He has also served as an advisor to the U. S. Food and Drug Administration, advocating for policies to improve public health.
Lustig's keynotes provide science-backed strategies for optimizing metabolic wellness and building a food system that nourishes rather than harms the body.
