Travis Freeman
Chief Media Officer at Inspire Brands
About
Travis Freeman is Chief Media Officer at Inspire Brands, the multi-brand restaurant company behind Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Sonic, and Jimmy John's. He joined Inspire in January 2022 as its first-ever Chief Media Officer, overseeing full-funnel paid media, brand public relations, and creative production across the portfolio, including the in-house agency Maverick Studios.
Before Inspire he was Global Head of Media at Uber and EVP of Media at VaynerMedia, where he ran the agency's media practice in North America, and earlier held roles at Twitter and Dentsu. His remit spans audience and communications planning, media strategy and buying, agency procurement, and in-house creative, giving him a rare view of how a large advertiser builds media and content capability under one roof.
Freeman speaks on how brands partner with creators to break through in cultural moments and guide consumers toward confident purchases, on building in-house media and production functions, and on running media at scale across a portfolio of restaurant brands. His sessions suit marketing and media teams weighing the tradeoffs between in-house capability and agency partnership.
