The Way We Work is a speaking event with a lineup of 20 speakers, including Kim Scott, Ashley Whillans, and Patty McCord.

The Way We Work is a conference exploring workplace culture, organizational psychology, and modern employment practices. The event has run across four tracked editions from 2018 through 2021. Its speaker lineup reflects expertise spanning human resources innovation, psychological safety in teams, workplace equity, and the intersection of personal wellbeing with professional environments. Notable speakers have included Patty McCord, former Chief Talent Officer at Netflix; Amy Edmondson, Harvard Business School professor and psychological safety researcher; and Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. The program also features perspectives from behavioral scientists, digital anthropologists, and entrepreneurs addressing how workplace culture and practices continue to evolve.
